Purpose of Use
The Company (including our stores and the operating company; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall acquire and appropriately use personal information for the purpose of contacting and notifying individuals who make inquiries.

In order to facilitate smooth business operations, the Company may outsource a part or all of its operations and provide personal information to the contractor within the necessary scope. In such cases, the Company shall conclude an agreement regarding the handling of personal information with the contractor and conduct appropriate supervision to strive for the protection of personal information.

Requests for Disclosure
When requested by the individual to disclose, correct, or suspend the use of their own information, the Company shall respond to the request within a reasonable period without delay. Please note that a fee may be charged for the disclosure of information. Detailed explanations regarding the fee will be provided at the time of the request.
